Kardio Kickbox!
Kardio Kickbox with a twist in every class. This workout consists of punching, kicking, small weights and great music! Sometimes people will say it feels like we are out dancing it’s so much fun! It's the most fun way to get fit!. There is a different workout every day with new ones always being introduced. Most of my students have been with me for years and have lost weight and gained a level of fitness that is amazing!
Honestly, if you want to lose weight and get fit and all the while have great fun, this is the workout. The group as a whole is wonderful and are always eager to welcome to people to our group. These people have all become friends and we love to add people to the class.
The class lasts approximately an hour and you will feel great after you are done. You won’t think about work, kids, or your spouse while we are moving to the beat of the music. You will find yourself concentrating and having a blast. This I promise!
